4. If the horse's last start was less than 22 days, then give the horse 1 point.(The reason for this is that, if they have had more than 22day’s between runs you’re guessing on there fitness, some times they might have had a barrier trial in between runs which can counteract this rule.And this group of horses wins over 85% of all races).
