I must have killed a china man, I can’t believe what a run of outs I’m having. The worse since I started, however things can only get better they always do.

Sandown Race 4-7 ENJOY THE JOURNEY (roughie) unplaced
Good position early, when pace slowed got shuffled back and was over racing. Got into the clear in the straight, however didn’t finish off.
Doomben Race 3-9 HINDSIGHT 3rd 1.40
Got back to second last, saving ground on the fence, however got held up behind horses when the leaders sprinted, hit the line strong, and narrowly beaten for 3rd.
Wyong Race 7-7 TO SPUR WITH LOVE 3rd $1.30
Went forward from outside gate, however Mathew got stuck 4 & 5 wide throughout, covering lots of ground hit the front on the turn weakened late, great run should of got the cash if he had any luck.

Eagle Farm Race 3-2 EASY ROCKER 2nd $1.30
Got back to midfield in solid run race, came to the out side in straight, however left his run to late.
Eagle Farm Race 8-3 SPUR ME ON unplaced
Got beautiful run just behind the pace cruised up to them on the turn, however was immediately under pressure and weakened badly. (STEWARDS REPORT) When questioned regarding the disappointing performance of SPUR ME ON, G. Colless stated that the horse travelled well in running however when placed under pressure shortly after straightening, the gelding failed to respond to his riding. He further added that on pulling up, SPUR ME ON coughed on a couple of occasions. A post race veterinary examination of SPUR ME ON failed to reveal any abnormalities. Trainer G. Heinrich undertook to have an endoscopic examination performed on the horse and to report the results to stewards.
Flemington Race 7-2 PENCELARON unplaced
Got well back midfield with nice run, looked momentarily to make improvement, however didn’t run on Disappointing.
Flemington Race 8-6 LAURA’S CHARM late Scratching
(STEWARDS REPORT) Mr L Freedman trainer of Laura’s Charm sought permission to scratch the gelding due to the track downgrade. Mr Freedman explained that Laura’s Charm does not perform well on rain-affected tracks. Stewards ordered the withdrawal of Laura’s Charm at 4.12pm.
Rosehill Race 2-5 MISS NIKKI (roughie) 3rd NTD
5th the fence in slow run race, saved ground on turn, hit the line good just got to far back.
Rosehill Race 8-10 BLACK PIRANHA unplaced
Got well back near last, still last on turn and came to outside in straight, didn’t Finnish it off.
