Canterbury Race 4-2 HADAAF 1st $2.80-$1.10

Jumped to the front and dictated terms, on front runners bias track.Snuck away on the turn

and being fitter from last start held on nicely to win.

Canterbury Race 6-8 VAL DE LOIRE unplaced

Ridden hard to lead, as it seamed to be a leaders track, but as always happens he fired her up and

Tim being inexperienced had his horse over racing and using up too much energy, shared the lead

until the turn then stopped badly.

Sandown Race 3-8 WHITE DIAMONDS 1st $3.30-$1.60

Given a nice run by Craig 4th one out one back and eased out from behind the leaders who

went fast. When Craig let him down he found enough to win. Survived fivilise protest.

Ipswich Race 5-1 BYTHEMOUNTAIN 1st $1.50-$1.10

I rode most of this horses family when I was based in the Northern Rivers and new he would like

the wet track that's probably why he stayed such a short price. Shane gave his ever possible hope

sitting just behind the speed until the turn got the inside run and shot away to win like I expected him to.

Ipswich Race 8-1 ALPHA GIRL 3rd $1.60

As usual Glen gave this one a great ride, sitting 6th on the fence, held up momentarily at the 700m mark

before they sprinted and caught a bit flat footed .Glen got her to the outside to make his run and made

ground but winner kicked too strong.

Randwick Race 2-3 LIGHT RED 1st $2.90- $1.50

Got well back in solid speed, ridden very cold and saved for the last crack at them and over powered

some heavily backed opponents, he loves Randwick 3 up from a spell.

Randwick Race 5-11 KICK 'N CHASE 3rd $2.10

Settled back midfield one off the fence just behind the winner, came to the outside and made steady

ground in the straight, pushed inwards by The Chieftain across heels. just photo out of a place.

Protest Upheld STEWEARDS REPORT; On return to scale a protest was lodged by P Robl, rider of the 4th

placegetter, Kick ‘N’Chase, against The Chieftain being declared third on the grounds of interference at the
150m. After consideration of the evidence and viewing the video the stewards upheld
the objection
, taking into account the margin of a short half head, and amended the
places to read 1st Musket, 2nd Yasumori, 3rd Kick ‘N’ Chase and 4th The Chieftain.
The stewards found that passing the 150m Kick ‘N’ Chase was taken in by The
Chieftain, resulting in Kick ‘N’ Chase having to come across the heels of Yasumori,
which also shifted out slightly, so as to obtain clear running.

Doomben Race 4-4 VOODOO BROWN MAGIC unplaced

Jumped well sat outside the leader and eventual winner, on turn under pressure straight away,

and stopped like it was shot by a gun.STEWARDS REPORT;

A post race veterinary examination of VOODOO BROWN MAGIC revealed the gelding to be sore in the near fore knee. Trainer L. Ross was advised that he must provide a veterinary clearance for the gelding prior to its next race start

Doomben Race 6-5 MAJORCA 1st $2.60-$1.30

Another copybook ride from glen, running 6th one off the fence in moderate speed.Glen came around

the leaders heels on the turn with a strangle hold and once given a little reign slipped away for nice win.

Caulfield Race 7-1 PINS ON PARADE unplaced

Given the run of the race by Shane 4th one out one back, in the clear straightening, however never

found a thing, very disappointing.

Caulfield Race 8-5 ZYZXX 2nd $1.60

Jumped well ridden to lead, over raced in front 2 lengths clear, Craig tried to pinch it on the turn,

over powered late,good effort.
